This is to Certify that Garden Garden City Lodge__ No. _59_ is a just and lawfully constituted Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons, working under a Charter from the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Illinois__. Dated at __ this _28_ day of September__ A.D. 1990__ A.L. 5990__. Sr. Sec. This is to certify that Lucas S.
